When my fiance and I began looking for a home in the Navarre area and needed a good realtor, a friend highly recommended Diane Waschenko as the best choice. Thankfully, we went with that recommendation! It took us several months of looking at homes in Navarre, Milton, Pace, and surrounding areas before we found a home that met most of our criteria. We took Diane to all of these areas, many of them located in somewhat remote parts of the county. In every instance (many of them short notice for her), Diane came to the house prepared with history on the property, flood zone information, property disclosures, comparable properties, and a smile. She appeared to view the property through the eyes of the buyer, noting both positive and negative aspects of each home. This advice was very helpful to us.
Overall, we found Diane to be professional, congenial, and very knowledgeable about real estate. She responded to all of our texts, phone calls, and emails the same day we sent them and researched any questions we posed. When we made offers on 2 homes, the documents were prepared and delivered by the following day to the seller. Diane advised us on counter offers and assisted us in dealing with the seller over various issues that arose. There was never any pressure to buy; Diane was genuinely interested in helping us find the home that we wanted.

Diane is absolutely the best! I was caught up in the housing downturn of the 2005/2006 era, and my house almost immediately went “under water”. As a military member at the time, I had orders three years later to move to another location. So, of course I rented the house, but even that wasn’t covering my mortgage and renting is a pain.
I happened on Diane Waschenko from Coldwell Banker (Navarre, FL area) by accident, but thank God. Diane’s first statement was the price my current property manager was quoting for the house was too low and Diane delivered. I received $12,000 more than my property manager said I could ever expect. Also, I had the challenge of being more than 6 hours away and the house had so many minor issues that needed to be addressed, but I was fulltime employed. No problem, Diane arranged for all the services I needed very promptly and affordably. I have sold a home before, but it was me in a sleeping bag on the floor of the empty house making repairs myself and taking valuable time off work to do so. My real estate person at the time of course sold the house and that was all I expected. Not with Diane, she will go above and beyond. Her words to me when I thought it was impossible were, “don’t worry, I love a challenge”.
