SOUTH OF 98 -Navarre/East Gulf Breeze Area

Highway 98 is the main thoroughfare that runs east to west through the southern end of the Navarre mainland (it actually runs from western Mississippi to southern Florida). Homes and subdivisions south of 98 are desirable because of the convenient access to 98.  Many homes are built right on the Santa Rosa Sound and some neighborhoods offer deeded access to the sound where beautiful sunsets can be enjoyed!  Here is a list of subdivisions in West Navarre/Gulf Breeze – if you would like specific information on any, please contact me.
