The East Bay is a body of water between Navarre and Milton. It is connected to the open waters of the Gulf through the Pensacola Bay. State Road 399 or East Bay Blvd runs east to west in the northern section of Navarre. Along this corridor are stately homes and subdivisions.
Holley is the northernmost section of Navarre. It is characterized by larger, more rural lots – and long-time residents. There are also some spectacular Bayfront properties. Some new builders have started developing subdivisions in Holley – but there are still lots for building your custom dream home.
