Holley by the Sea is a large subdivision of approximately 5,000 home sites, covering an area of just over 6 square miles. It has one of the largest Home Owners Association in Florida. Membership in Holley by the Sea gives access to the 48-acre Recreational Facility which houses swimming pools, tennis courts, a fitness center, basketball courts, a walking trail, event rooms, and a childcare program. There are many other activities available including Zumba, Yoga, Taekwondo, Swim Team, Tennis Teams, and many others. These amenities make HBTS a desirable place for many to call home.
A unique feature of Holley by the Sea is that it includes homes of different architectural styles – not a ‘cookie cutter’ subdivision. Existing homes range from about 1,200 to over 3,000 square feet. There are still many vacant lots (privately owned) that buyers can build to their specifications. Most homesites are approximately half-acre lots.
Within Holley by the Sea is Hidden Creek Golf Course where Hidden Creek Estates is located. Many upscale homes are on or near the course which is open year-round.
